Description

Alexis Cuny was born near the French Alps in the Isere region and grew up a few kilometers south of Lyon.

Majoring in Finance and Accounting, he completed a double university degree composed of three years in Lyon with CEFAM International Business School and two years in Boston, U.S. with Northeastern University.

Combining his thirst to discover the world and the building of his career, Alexis worked in investment banking with Bank of America in Singapore, in corporate treasury with Barilla in Italy, and in financial analysis with Bloomberg in London. Pushed by a desire to return closer to his roots, he then moved to Switzerland and completed value-added experiences in forex controlling with Unilever and pricing with Barry Callebaut before joining the finance team at Philip Morris International. After three years full of learnings, Alexis then moved internally to become a member of the M&A and venture capital team at PM Equity Partner in Lausanne.

Sports, travels, and arts are at the core of his passions and activities. Alexis enjoys playing football, going down the mountains on his snowboard, discovering new countries to visit, or listening to music at concerts.
